🚚 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note:
Order processing may take slightly longer during peak periods (e.g., summer season, sales, holidays).
The timescales are based on Waterbabes preparing your delivery, with some items being made to order then undertaking strict quality control inspections, whilst packaging ready for shipping.

We proudly ship worldwide! Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:
United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
Europe: 7–20 business days
United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
Rest of the World: 15–30 business days

💷 Shipping Costs
For your ease, we offer flat rate shipping:
- UK Orders: £3.99
- International Orders: £5.99
- Free Shipping on all orders over £50
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 3–7 days for the tracking information to update.
🌎 Customs,Duties And Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Waterbabes is not responsible for these charges if they are applied — they are your responsibility as the customer.
📬 Incorrect Address And Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
